Meet the Team

Mike Lavigne has been involved in the mining industry since 1975 when he worked underground for Hecla Mining  Company. He was a member and on the board of directors for the Spokane Stock Exchange and was involved in a number of financings for  exploration-stage companies. Mr. Lavigne has served in management and board positions for a number of exploration companies with  projects in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and Alaska.

John Ryan has twenty-five years of experience in founding and operating natural companies. He has founded or co-founded and served in executive or board positions with Cadence Resources Corporation, Metalline Mining Company (now called Silver Bull Resources), High Plains Uranium, Western Goldfields, Inc. (which became part of New Gold), U.S. Silver Corporation (now America’s Gold and Silver), Southern Legacy Minerals, and White Mountain Titanium and others. jr@goldexpressmines.com

Howard Crosby was a founder and director of U.S. Silver Corporation (now America’s Gold and Silver), which in 2006, acquired the Galena Mine in the Coeur d’ Alene Mining District from Coeur d’ Alene Mines. From 2004 until March of 2016, Mr. Crosby was an officer and director of White Mountain Titanium Corporation, seeking to develop a world class titanium project in Chile. He also server as president and director of Cadence Resources Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas company, which was merged with an AMEX listed company in 2005.

Greg Schifrin has worked as a geologist and manager for over 36 years in the mining and mineral exploration industry, where he has been involved in precious, base metals, rare earth and uranium exploration and project development. Mr. Schifrin has served as an executive or director at various mining companies, including Idaho Champion Gold Mines USA, Inc. (CSE: ITKO), Blackrock Gold Corp. (TSXV: BRC), WestMountain Gold Inc., Silver Verde May, Cyclone Uranium Corp., U.S. Rare Earth, Inc., and Golden Eagle Mining.
